United States: Delivery available to all 50 states; addresses must be within the U.S.
Canada: Delivery limited to southern regions of Canada; does not cover the entire country.
United Kingdom: Orders for the UK are fulfilled via the dedicated UK site.
Restrictions: International direct shipping is currently unavailable (excluding countries outside the U.S., southern Canada, and the UK).

Free standard shipping on initial subscription orders, regular monthly subscriptions, and individual product purchases; no minimum order value required.
No extra subscription fees; charges cover only the product cost and applicable taxes—no hidden shipping fees.
UK Expedited Shipping: Optional upgrade to next-day delivery available for an additional £5 fee.
III. Shipping Timelines and Carriers
1. United States / Canada
Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx.
Total standard delivery time is approximately 3–7 days; delays may occur due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or logistics backlogs.
Tracking emails are sent automatically after the order is placed, allowing real-time package tracking.
2. United Kingdom
Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Carriers: Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, DHL.
Standard delivery is free; expedited next-day delivery is available for an additional fee.
IV. Subscription-Specific Delivery Rules (Core Brand Model)
Initial Subscription Order: Includes a reusable glass jar/storage container, a full 30-day supply of the product, and a decorative sticker set.
Monthly Refills: A 30-day refill (eco-friendly, plastic-free pouch) is shipped automatically every 30 days; delivery continues until the user cancels the subscription.
Flexible Order Management
Users can modify delivery dates, pause deliveries, or cancel subscriptions via the "Manage Subscription" section in their account dashboard.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time without penalty; once cancelled, automatic billing and shipments will cease.
V. Packaging and Eco-friendly Logistics
Initial Order: Reusable glass dispensing bottles to minimize single-use plastics.
Monthly Refills: Lightweight, recyclable refill pouches (eliminating extra plastic containers) to reduce shipping weight.
All packaging utilizes recyclable materials, prioritizing lightweight delivery to lower the carbon footprint of transportation.
VI. Delivery Risks and Liability
Risk of damage or loss during transit transfers to the consumer upon physical receipt of the goods.
The platform is not liable for re-shipment or refunds if a package is lost or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the user.
The brand reserves the right to unilaterally cancel orders and issue full refunds in the event of insufficient stock.
VII. Logistics Rules for Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted only for unopened items in original packaging with intact seals; return shipments must be dispatched within 10 days of receipt.
Orders placed with initial-order discounts or promotional offers are ineligible for return and do not qualify for return shipping subsidies.
Consumers bear the cost of return shipping, and the brand holds sole discretion regarding the approval of refund requests.
